Requirements: Responsible for all aspects of professional service and guest satisfaction. Guide a team responsible for serving food and beverages to Carryout guests. Oversees proper training set up and break down of Carryout, with the ability to comprehend and follow Carryout set up and stations. Be able to organize and maintain checklists, preorders, contracts, inventory and communicate clearly with the kitchen. Subject matter expert on quality assurance, assembly, and guest services. Ability to perform calmly and effectively under pressure and multi-task. Work closely with the Event Coordinator to support.
