Requirements: Barista experience preferred; knowledge of customer service standards and procedures; ability to work well with others and promote teamwork; always safety-conscious and able to prevent accidents; ability to perform arithmetic calculations and handle cash transactions; sufficient visual acuity for various tasks; able to continuously stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking up to 30 pounds
