Requirements: Graduation from high school or equivalent; Completion of three years (ninety credit hours) from an accredited college or university; experience in Child Support Program, business administration, clerical, or customer service may be substituted; Computer proficiency; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities; Sound judgment and decision-making skills; Ability to work cooperatively in a professional office environment; Excellent customer service skills; Capacity for in-person work at assigned location and interactions with coworkers; Availability for business-related travel and ability to lift 30 lbs; Typing speed of 45 words per minute; Preferred: Proficiency in WordPerfect, MS Word, and MS Excel; Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish
