Position: Nursing Supervisor
About: ECHN is currently seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate patient care activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services. This role involves clinical and administrative leadership, resource allocation, and participation in quality improvement initiatives, all aimed at promoting professional growth, effective communication, and patient satisfaction during assigned shifts.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or currently enrolled in a program; Registered Nurse license from the State of Connecticut; at least three (3) years of nursing experience in an acute care setting with demonstrated leadership potential; ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing; basic computer skills in WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK
