Position: Nursing Supervisor
About: ECHN is seeking a Nursing Supervisor responsible for promoting high-quality patient care through effective management of care activities and resources during assigned shifts. This role involves providing clinical and administrative leadership, facilitating interdisciplinary team relationships, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Nursing Supervisor acts as a key communicator with staff and plays a vital role in patient satisfaction and departmental oversight.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or currently enrolled in such a program; a current Registered Nurse license from the State of Connecticut is required; certification is highly desirable; at least three (3) years of nursing experience in an acute care setting with demonstrated leadership potential; able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing; basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook are necessary
