Position: Nursing Supervisor

Join our team as a Nursing Supervisor for the second shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and lead a dedicated team in ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.
Requirements: Valid state nursing license (RN or LPN); Advanced degree or certification preferred; Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred; Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care; Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both; Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
