Position: NURSING HOUSE SUPERVISOR – SRMC
About: The position is within the Nursing Services Administration at SRMC, responsible for the overall operations, implementation, and evaluation of activities for inpatient and emergency care. The role involves supervisory duties, fiscal management, standards compliance, and staff development in a high complexity environment. It requires working independently with minimal supervision and contributing to the development of new concepts.
Requirements: Education: Program Graduate; Experience: 3 years directly related experience; Credentials: Basic Arrhythmia Cert within 1 year, PALS within 6 months of position, RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM, CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers within 30 days, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification within 6 months, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months of hire
