Position: NURSING HOUSE SUPERVISOR – PRN
About: This position is for a Registered Nurse at a medical facility. The role involves being responsible for the overall operations, implementation, and evaluation of activities for inpatient and emergency care. The job requires supervisory duties, directing the work of multiple employees, and ensuring optimal and safe patient care. The role also includes fiscal management, standards compliance, clinical practice, staff development, and performance improvement activities. The nurse will work with patients across different age groups, including Neonates, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics.
Requirements: Education: Program Graduate; Bachelor’s Degree; Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate; BSN or MSN. Experience: 3 years directly related experience. Credentials: Basic Arrhythmia Cert within 1 year; PALS within 6 months of position; RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM; CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers within 30 days; Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification within 6 months; Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months of hire. Physical Conditions: Medium Work. Working Conditions: Med Haz.
