Position: NURSING HOUSE SUPERVISOR
About: This position is within the Nursing Services Administration at SRMC. The role involves overseeing inpatient and emergency care operations, ensuring optimal patient care delivery, fiscal management, standards compliance, and staff development. The position requires supervisory responsibilities, decision-making autonomy, and adherence to regulatory standards. The role operates independently with minimal supervision in a high-complexity environment, catering to patients across different age groups.
Requirements: Program Graduate education; 3 years directly related experience; Basic Arrhythmia Certification within 1 year; PALS within 6 months of position; RN license in NM or reciprocal agreement; CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers within 30 days; ACLS Certification within 6 months; TNCC Certification within 6 months of hire
