About: Sunrise Senior Living in Bellevue is seeking a Resident Care Director (RCD) to lead and manage health and wellness, coordinate care and services, oversee Care programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle recruiting and performance management. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial RN license; minimum 2 years RN experience with at least 1 year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care; minimum 1 year nursing management experience; CPR and First Aid certification; knowledge of nursing practices, infection control, and delegation; proficiency in computer applications; ability to work flexible hours for resident care/services
