Position: Nursing Assessment Coordinator (Hiring Immediately)
About: The Laurels of Kettering is seeking an experienced Care Management Nurse, MDS Nurse LPN to join their team. This role involves working on the RAI process, conducting assessments, and coordinating care plans for assigned residents. Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN); AANC certification a plus; RAC-CT certification preferred; Knowledge of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and Prospective Payment Process (PPS) principles strongly preferred; Experience as an MDS Nurse
