Position: Nurse Consultant – Phoenix, AZ

Requirements: Nursing or medical degree from an accredited institution with an active RN or medical license within the state of practice or where case management is performed; 2-4 years of work experience; completion of required training for proficiency and licensing; ability to travel within a 2-hour radius for appointments; intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
