About: Bussers at Flanigan’s Dining Rooms, Bars, and Patios play a vital role in ensuring a seamless service experience by continuously cleaning and setting up for service. They support the Servers, Bartenders, and the entire team in maintaining a tidy and efficient restaurant environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to reach, bend, stoop frequently; able to lift up to 50 lbs; work in damp, high-temperature environments; completion of Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification program; ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
