Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience in a restaurant environment preferred; strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills; excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations; obtain Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Server certifications within 30 days of hire required; ability to work flexible hours, including over 8 hours per day, weekends, and holidays; familiarity with Microsoft Office; excellent attention to detail; excellent customer service skills; ability to establish and maintain working relationships with other employees and guests; ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
