Position: Night Guest Laundry Attendant
About: Extended Stay America in Elmhurst, Illinois, is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendee who will be responsible for assisting guests overnight, checking them in and out, completing laundry tasks, answering phones, ensuring safety and security procedures, and upholding company guidelines and standards. The role involves an 11:00 pm to 7:00 am shift.
Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); ability to communicate effectively in English; proficient in using property management system technology; capable of following safety rules and procedures; skilled in basic mathematical operations; excellent problem-solving skills; ability to handle guest-related issues with tact and efficiency
