About: The Night Guest Laundry Attendant (NGLA) associate must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests. Responsibilities include assisting guests overnight, managing check-in and check-out procedures, completing all laundry tasks, answering phones, and ensuring safety and security measures are followed according to company guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training preferred; ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in property management system technology; capable of understanding and following safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals; strong numeracy skills; good problem-solving abilities; adept at handling guest-related issues
