About: The Night Guest Laundry Attendant (NGLA) at ESA Management, LLC is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences overnight, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and managing laundry duties while ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months of related experience and/or training; ability to communicate effectively in English; familiarity with property management system technology; proficiency in handling routine reports and correspondence; basic math skills for calculations; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
