About: The Night Guest Laundry Attendant at ESA Management, LLC is responsible for providing exceptional overnight guest assistance, laundry services, and ensuring safety and security procedures are in place according to company guidelines. The position involves interacting with guests and maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel common areas.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in property management system technology; strong understanding of safety rules and procedures; good problem-solving skills and ability to address guest issues effectively
