Position: Night Cook/Baker
About: The Gulf of Mexico Offshore Catering Company is seeking a Night Cook/Baker to join their team. This position involves serving midnight meals and breakfast, preparing baked goods, and maintaining the galley in an offshore work environment.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent preferred; basic supervisory training; training in sanitation, personal hygiene, safety, and prevention of foodborne illnesses; minimum of two years’ experience in cooking, baking, or culinary certificates equivalent; basic knowledge or training in the proper use of cleaning chemicals and household pesticides
