Requirements: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required; high school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful; previous supervisory responsibility preferred; ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; knowledge of Accounting Principles; proficiency in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing; effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with security procedures; attentiveness to guest needs and safety concerns
