Position: Night Auditor
About: The Jasper Hotel, located in Fargo, is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador-Overnight/Night Audit to be the face of exceptional guest experiences. This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties to personalize each guest’s stay, ensuring no detail is overlooked. The hotel prides itself on providing a unique and unforgettable stay for every visitor, with a focus on meticulous attention to guest needs and preferences.
Requirements: Passion for luxury guest service; minimum of one year experience in guest/customer service or equivalent; professional proficiency in English; valid driver’s license; intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push a bell cart containing up to 100 lbs.; willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
