About: Hook & Ladder and 1874 Social, located in Hotel West & Main in Conshohocken, are seeking a Lounge Bar Back to join their team. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service at the hotel bar and lounge outlets, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a high-volume food & beverage establishment; ability to work at least 3 days per week, weekends, and holidays; dependable and able to stand for 8-10 hours; knowledge of bar operations, including stocking, cleaning, and customer service skills
