About: Hook & Ladder and 1874 Social, located in Hotel West & Main in Conshohocken, are seeking a Lounge Bar Back to join their team. Working at these hotel bar and lounge outlets offers the opportunity to be the first or last interaction guests have, alongside talented bartenders, in a team-oriented and vital role to guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a high-volume food & beverage establishment; ability to stand for 8-10 hours, work at least 3 days per week, and work weekends and holidays; dependable and proactive with excellent customer service skills.
