About: Roots Ocean Prime DARIEN is seeking experienced Bartenders to join their opening team. They are looking for friendly, energetic, highly motivated bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, aiming to exceed guests’ expectations by providing consistent, professional, and courteous service, promoting teamwork, executing necessary steps of service, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing exemplary customer service.
Requirements: Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service; Proficient in cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer; Knowledge of food and beverage with a passion to cultivate these skills; Display a confident and professional appearance; Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; Ability to exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift while maintaining a positive attitude; Must be able to carry about 40lbs.
