About: Alliance Hospitality Group is opening a new luxury Italian restaurant at the W Scottsdale Hotel, balancing Italian traditions with culinary innovation. The establishment is known for providing exceptional service and valuing individual team members’ growth and development.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years in a service-oriented position within a fine dining restaurant; extensive knowledge of wine regions, varietals, production methods, and wine service etiquette; excellent sensory skills for wine tasting; strong customer service and organizational skills; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; certification through a recognized wine program such as the Court of Master Sommeliers or WSET strongly preferred
Benefits: $85,000-$95,000 + 1% commission on wine sales (including wine bottles and wines by the glass) for all scheduled shifts completed, 401K Retirement Savings, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Free meal per shift, Growth & Development opportunities
