Position: New Home Consultant- Trainee
About: Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, is seeking a New Home Consultant Trainee to work under the guidance of a mentor in operating a Welcome Home Center. The role involves generating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, engaging with customers, and closing new home sales.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
