Position: New Graduate Nurse Residency – Winter Cohort
About: The University of Vermont Health Network is currently accepting applications for New Graduate Nurse Residency cohorts starting in January/February 2025. The program is designed to equip newly graduated nurses with the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors for a successful start in their nursing career. Participants will engage with experienced nurses, educators, and experts through classes, hands-on sessions, and clinical experiences to deliver quality patient care. Joining this network sets the stage for continuous learning and growth as a registered nurse.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; newly graduated nurses are welcome to apply; strong passion for patient care and continuous learning; ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
