About: The University of Vermont Health Network is offering Nurse Residency Programs across various health partners designed to provide new nurses with the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors to excel in their nursing careers. The programs involve engaging with experienced nurses, educators, and experts through classes, hands-on sessions, and clinical experiences to ensure quality patient care. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to learn and grow as registered nurses within the network.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; newly graduated nurse; experience may vary based on unit and affiliate; willingness to engage in continuous learning and development opportunities
