About: Las Palmas Medical Center, a 300+ bed full-service hospital in El Paso and part of HCA Healthcare, is offering the HCA Nurse Residency Program to provide valuable hands-on experience for new nurses. The program aims to support the transition from student nurse to registered nurse through a supportive community of nurse educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents.
Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State; Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment; Other Certifications may be required during employment; No previous experience needed; Some travel may be needed for training
