Position: NBP Assistant Manager
About: Napoleon’s Bakery Plant is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Plant Manager in overseeing the bakery plant operations and ensuring financial objectives are met. The role involves supervising employees and aligning operations with the corporate mission and values for continued success and growth. The bakery focuses on providing quality pastries and service to an international market while maintaining a commitment to employee development and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school education or G.E.D. required; Food service, Bakery, or Culinary Arts certificate/diploma preferred; Food service or managerial experience preferred; Good communication (oral and written) and listening skills; Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally; Ability to work in various environmental conditions; Self-awareness, action-oriented mindset, willingness to change
