Position: National Project Director – Senior
About: BluSky, a leading restoration industry company, is seeking a National Project Director – Senior to oversee large and complex new business opportunities. The role involves selling and managing projects for commercial property owners, managers, and insurance professionals, collaborating with the sales team for successful outcomes.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred; 10+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration industry; extensive large loss and catastrophe experience; ability to travel up to 70% for emergency and non-emergency losses; intermediate level Microsoft Office skills; experience utilizing Xactimate software and Time and Material methodologies preferred; experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn preferred
