Position: National Project Director – Senior
About: The National Project Director – Senior at BluSky is responsible for managing large and complex new business opportunities through personal business development activities and collaboration with the sales team, targeting commercial property owners, managers, insurance adjusters, and brokers. The role involves attending industry functions, trade shows, and responding to catastrophic events nationwide.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred; 10+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration industry with a proven track record of sales growth; extensive large loss and catastrophe experience; ability to travel up to 70% for emergency and non-emergency losses nationally; intermediate level Microsoft Office skills; experience with Xactimate software and Time and Material methodologies preferred; experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn preferred
