Position: Mystique – Lounge Server
About: As a Lounge Server at Big Night Entertainment Group, a typical day includes welcoming guests with a smile, providing fast and friendly beverage service, taking orders accurately, monitoring alcohol consumption, promoting the venues positively, working collaboratively with other staff, building guest loyalty, resolving service issues empathetically, and maintaining a clean work area. The role may involve lifting up to 30 lbs, standing for long hours in a high-energy environment, and working non-typical hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year restaurant or cocktail serving experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage and/or club environment required; TIPS or other recognized Alcohol Certification a plus and will be required if chosen for the position; Must be able to pass Big Night Entertainment Group’s requirements in regards to legal background check; Must have the ability to complete the process for the Massachusetts State Gaming Commission license prior to starting; Neat and professional appearance; Effective communication with customers, the public, and co-workers; Demonstrated teamwork with other staff members; Accurate handling of money and providing change; Ability to build guest loyalty with an outgoing and friendly demeanor; Excellent memory and ability to multitask
