Position: Music Hall Bartender House of Blues New Orleans
About: Live Nation Entertainment’s House of Blues division is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Barback/Bartender to join their team. House of Blues venues offer a variety of live music genres, southern-style cuisine, and a vibrant atmosphere, committed to giving back to the community through the International House of Blues Foundation.
Requirements: State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement; Ability to work late hours; Flexible schedule; Cash handling experience; Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques; Skill in interpersonal communication and teamwork; Physically able to pass a pour test and a mixology drill (timed); Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner; Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms; Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
