Position: MUSCP – Referral Specialist-2
About: MUSC Health Partners (MHP) is looking for a dedicated individual to handle specialty and diagnostic referrals, including establishing pre-authorizations, data entry, and patient communication regarding appointment information. This position is with MUSC Physicians (MUSCPPC) and requires 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Requirements: A high school diploma with a minimum one year of experience working in a medical office; computer skills required; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience working in an electronic medical record application preferred; must be proficient and organized with assigned duties
