Position: Multi Unit Restaurant Operations Manager-LaGuardia Airport
About: The Airport Operations Manager has responsibilities for all areas and aspects of multi-unit restaurant operations within an Airport. This position reports to on-site Director of Operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; managerial experience in restaurant operations; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously; in-depth knowledge of food cost, labor cost, and P&L responsibilities; commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety in the work environment; familiarity with company policies and procedures; organizational agility to report on business measures regularly
