Position: Multi-Unit Restaurant Leader
About: SSP America, a leading operator of food and beverage outlets in airports, is seeking a Traveling Multi-Unit Restaurant Leader to oversee top airport restaurants in the U.S. This role offers the opportunity to lead in high-traffic airport environments and travel to various locations, making a significant impact on the dining experience for travelers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 7+ years in foodservice management, including 1+ year as multi-unit manager overseeing General Managers, and 5+ years as General Manager of full-service restaurants w/ bar; Proven track record as a General Manager in both full-service and quick-service settings; Proficient in MS Office and POS systems; Expert in P&L management, able to coach and develop General Managers on financial performance; Strong interpersonal skills to navigate interactions with executives, union reps, and hourly team members
