Position: Multi-Unit Leader
About: SONIC Drive-In, a fast-food restaurant chain known for its retro vibe and classic American drive-in experience, is seeking a motivated Sonic Multi-Unit Leader to oversee the operations of multiple SONIC drive-ins. The role involves managing General Managers and employees to ensure exceptional food quality and service standards are met consistently.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred; Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred); Multi-unit supervision experience preferred; Must work a minimum 5-day workweek with irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices; Familiarity with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as health and sanitation regulations; Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills; Basic accounting and computer proficiency; Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and problem-solve effectively; Strong decision-making and conflict resolution abilities; Adherence to company appearance and hygiene standards.
