Position: Multi-Unit F&B Manager II
About: HMSHost at Newark Liberty International Airport is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Multi-Unit Manager II to oversee multiple restaurants within the airport. The role involves ensuring operational excellence, high standards of cleanliness, and financial accountability across all assigned establishments. Requirements: Each F&B Multi-Unit Manager II must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing various types of restaurants within the assigned zone, demonstrating strong leadership and delegation skills. Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may be considered in lieu of some experience. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, HMSHost standards, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
