Position: Multi-Unit F&B Manager I
About: HMSHost at Newark Liberty International Airport is looking for an F&B Multi-Unit Manager I to oversee multiple restaurants within the airport terminal, ensuring high operational and financial standards are met. This role acts as an intermediary position between the location’s Senior/Director of Operations. The position offers a varied and rotating schedule to monitor GMs and restaurant associates during different operating hours and days.
Requirements: Each F&B Multi-Unit Manager I must have at least 5 years of concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience and a minimum of 8-10 years of overall restaurant experience. Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for a portion of the experience requirement. Strong team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills are essential. Must demonstrate knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, service standards, and operations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to comprehend instructions and converse comfortably with individuals are necessary.
