Position: Multi-Site Facility Manager
About: Keystone Management, a distinguished facilities management company, is in search of a Multi-Site Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee operations across various client accounts. This role entails managing day-to-day maintenance needs, coordinating client service requests, and providing expert guidance on projects and tasks. The position may require occasional evening and weekend availability for optimal support and assistance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in facility management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience; 7-10 years of facilities management experience, including MEP systems; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as CMMS and construction management software; 5+ years of team management and employee supervision experience; Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) preferred
