Position: Mulberry Street Tavern Brunch Server
About: Surety Hotel, managed by Aparium Hotel Group, is seeking a Brunch Server for its food and beverage team. Aparium Hotel Group is known for its unique approach to hospitality, combining the qualities of boutique hotels with the business acumen of large hospitality companies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of one year experience as a restaurant server; TIPS alcohol service certification preferred; ability to meet local age requirements for alcohol service; fluent in English, both verbal and written; ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to stand, walk, lift trays, and carry out various serving tasks; strong fine motor coordination and balance for efficient service delivery; knowledge of food and beverage menus and service techniques required.
