About: Mexican Sugar is a Pan-Latin restaurant offering refined dishes that are as bold in flavor as they are elegant in presentation. Everything is made from scratch and prepared with authentic ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
Requirements: Must be able to read and understand recipes; Stand for long periods; Lift a minimum of 50 lbs; Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks; Maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures.
