Position: Mountain Camp Cafe Prep Cook
About: Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Prep Cook to provide support to the culinary team by properly preparing food items in a timely manner and in a sanitary environment. The position involves ensuring the correct quantity and quality of food preparations, maintaining a clean workspace, and following safety procedures in a seasonal full-time capacity, with weekend and holiday availability required.
Requirements: Entry level kitchen position; basic knowledge of commercial kitchens and food production desired; must possess or obtain a current food handlers permit within 30 days of employment; must be 18 years of age or older
