Position: Moshulu Restaurant — Bartender
About: Moshulu, a part of Fearless Restaurant Group, is looking for a Bartender to join their team. Moshulu is known for being the world’s oldest and largest square rigged sailing vessel still afloat, offering unique dining experiences in Philadelphia, PA, and Long Beach Island, NJ.
Requirements: 2+ years of bar experience; welcoming demeanor; competency in all steps of service; knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails; familiarity with menu items and beverage program; genuine hospitality; professionalism; knowledge of classic and creative cocktails; ability to interpret guest’s desires
