Position: Morning Baker, Pheonix
About: At Too Sweet Cakes, a local bakery in Arizona, we are currently seeking two passionate and skilled Production Bakers to join our team. As a Production Baker, you will be responsible for executing daily and weekly wholesale account orders, utilizing your baking expertise to prepare ingredients, assemble products, and follow essential production procedures in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of baking or pastry experience preferred; Understanding of proper pastry methods and techniques; Food Handlers Certificate required; Strong passion for baking and food industry; Excellent time management and deadline-meeting skills; Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50-75 lbs occasionally; Attention to detail and quality control; Open availability and schedule flexibility; Comfortable with early morning shifts starting at 2 AM
