Position: Model Cocktail Server – 2025 Pool Season

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; two years of beverage service experience in a high-volume pool, dayclub, or nightclub environment preferred; previous modeling experience in a dayclub and/or nightclub environment preferred; flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate; ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner; excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, with particular attention to detail; effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills and good public relations skills, enjoying opportunities to work with and assist people; proper mental attitude to deal effectively with guests, management, vendors, and employees while working under pressure and meeting deadlines; ability to withstand extreme sun & heat, cold, and inclement weather for long periods of time throughout the day; working knowledge of a Point-of-Sale (POS) System preferred, experience with Micros highly preferred.
