Position: Model Bartender – Marquee Dayclub Las Vegas

Requirements: Previous hospitality experience; Bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/dayclub/lounge; 21+ years of age (Nightlife/Daylife requirements); Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate; Must have good positive energy throughout the day; Must be able to print legibly for team members, management, and guests to read; Must be able to bend, kneel, and/or stand for extended periods of time; Must be able to move quickly; Must be able to push, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs; Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon the guest volume; Work indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot and or cold surfaces, steam and wet floors; Must be able to tow (push or pull) and carry as necessary; Must be able to twist, turn, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, bend, and climb as necessary; Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus in varied lighting degrees; May work in small areas and varying conditions of noise level, temperature, lighting, and air quality; Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials; May work extended hours irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be required; Office, Casino, Nightclub, Dayclub, Bar, Lounge, and/or Restaurant working environment; Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards; Must be effective as part of a team; Ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
