Position: Model Barback – Belaire Backyard
About: As a Model Barback at Clique Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bar by maintaining stock, cleanliness, and organization. This fast-paced position requires a high level of teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Requirements: 2 years experience as a barback and/or busser in a high-volume restaurant environment or 6 months in a fine dining establishment; ability to work in a high-stress, high-volume environment; excellent customer service skills; physical ability to lift and carry heavy trays up to 50 lbs and walk on various surfaces for an extended period; 21 years of age to serve food and beverages in the State of Nevada; possess alcohol awareness card, Food Handler Safety Training Card, and Nevada gaming card; good attitude, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure; oral and written English language skills
