Position: Model Barback – 2025 Pool Season

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 6 months of previous experience in a high volume bar, pool, dayclub, or nightclub environment preferred; Previous modeling experience in a dayclub and/or nightclub environment preferred; Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate; Must be at least 21 years of age; Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues; Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills and good public relations skills; Proper mental attitude to deal effectively with guests, management, vendors, and employees while working under pressure and meeting deadlines; Must be able to withstand extreme sun & heat, cold, and inclement weather for long periods of time throughout the day.
